It is designed to provide a value added service to our members. New memberships cards highlighting the Membership to Membership campaign will be issued with renewals and new memberships. Enhanced Website & On-line Business Directory With funding support of Community Futures Thompson Country, the Chamber has been empowered to better harness and utilize the far reaching ability of the Internet. Through the website, the Chamber will enhance its services to the community & tourists and provide a better platform for businesses to market their businesses! The on-line business directory is an 'all-inclusive' basic listing directory for Chase & District businesses. Chamber members receive the benefit of enhanced listing and membership identification icon. Enhanced listings include business and service description, email and website hotlinks, access to min-web pages (for those who don't have a standalone external website) and location map (if available). Mini Web Pages Not on the web? Need more than 50 words (plus images) to market and promote your product, service, organization or event? Chamber Members now have a low-cost, affordable way to have their very own web page. For $120.00 per year the Chase & District Chamber of Commerce will host your mini web page and provide user friendly templates that will give your business an independent presence on the Internet. Page development assistance is available separately, base process support is included. Please be patient, understanding and help us grow! This website project is an enormous undertaking for the Chase & District Chamber of Commerce, not only is the Chamber making a strong effort to recognize and better represent its "District" but also to meet the needs of visitors, tourists and community with the 'all-inclusive on-line business directory'. The website will enhance and support economic sustainability and growth in the Chase & Shuswap Region. The Chamber has also initiated a Member-to-Member "M2M" benefit program to help showcase local businesses and encourage 'shop at home'. All this takes time, feedback and participation from you. The base site has been developed and we need to continue to work at adding information to it. Over the next few months the three directories - Business, Activities & travel, Community & Resources will continue to grow daily. Help us Grow our Region!
